Abstract Writing Rules

Please upload your abstract text on the system. The system will guide you. However, when you cannot log in to the system or cannot upload your abstract, please send your text prepared according to the following rules to the e-mail address isdcongress2020@gmail.com 

 

  • The abstract text should be prepared in Microsoft Word format.
  • The writing area of the page should be left, right, top, and bottom 2.5 cm margins.
  • The abstract should be written left and right-justified (side-justified) and single line spacing using Book Antiqua font.
  • The abstract should be in the presentation language and should be at least 300, no more than 450 words.
  • Abstract title: 12 points, capital letters, bold and centered.
  • Authors' names: 11 points, bold, centered.
  • Institution to which the author/authors are affiliated:11 points and centered.
  • Text: 12-point, based on left and right edges, should be written with single line spacing and 6-point paragraph spacing.
  • There should be all authors’ mobile phone numbers and e-mail addresses in the abstracts.
  • You can send your abstract by December 01, 2022, at the latest.


The Book of Abstract will be published on December 15, 2022.

Full Text Writing Rules

  • Please do not upload your full texts to the system. Send them to isdcongress2020@gmail.com
  • The full text of the paper should be prepared in Microsoft Word format.
  • The paper should not exceed 25 pages (including text, graphics, resources, and all appendices).
  • The writing area of each page should be left, right, top, and bottom 2.5 cm margins.
  • The paper should be written left and right-justified (side-justified) and single-spaced using the Book Antiqua font.
  • At the beginning of the paper, there should be a summary of at least 250 words and no more than 400 words.
  • Paper title: 12 points, capital letters, bold and centered.
  • Authors ' names: 11 points, bold, right-justified.
  • Institution to which the author/authors are affiliated: 11 points to the right. The author and institution must be single-line spacing.
  • Main heading: 11 points to the left, all letters are capital and dark.
  • Subheadings: 11 points left, first letters capital and dark.
  • Text: 11-point single line spacing based on left and right edges and 6-point paragraph spacing.
  • Graphic, table, and photo titles: 11 points, dark.
  • No line spacing should be left between parts of the text of the paper.
  • The first letters of the titles of tables and figures should be capital, and the others should be lowercase.
  • You can use any citation format.


The Book of Proceedings will be published on December 15, 2022.

Publication of Abstract and Full Texts

Your abstracts will be published as an e-book with a special ISBN number by Recent Academic Studies Publishing on October 15, 2022, before the congress starts.


  • Your full texts will be collected after the congress. You can send these texts until December 01, 2022.
  • There is no obligation to send a full text in this Congress.
  • All texts will be accepted after review by the referee.

Online Presentation

Dear Scientists,


You can present your research by participating face to face to the Congress we organize, or you can participate with the remote presentation (online) option. This system is a telecommunications technology that allows simultaneous video and audio conversation with two or more locations. It is like real conversation. Those who listen can see / hear you, ask you questions and get answers. The steps to be followed by the researchers who will be involved in the process in this way are as follows:


1. People who prefer remote presentations at the congress should indicate these preferences when sending a summary of documents.

2. Remote presentations will take place via Zoom or Teams. Links and password will be provided in the Congress program.

3. On the presentation day, 10 minutes before your session starts, you should be ready by connecting to the system.

4. We will have a technical team to support you for possible problems in remote presentations. In this regard, please contact the phone numbers or e-mail addresses available in the system.

5. Participants who make remote presentations will be sent the documents by courier with the recipient's payment.
